You can't make this product more awesome! It holds just the right amount of songs (1000 songs).
It doesn't freeze at all (except if your dumb and remove it from charge before you eject it). Very easy to set up (and I'm 11). You just plug it into the USB port on your PC (or laptop) and click download to get iTunes. Fits easily into your pocket and has lots of cool cases. Very easy to use, the controls say it all. awesome sound and the sound doesn't leek out unless you turn it all the way up. I don't think there's anything wrong with this product at all!

I bought the 4GB for my 12yr.olds daughters birthday .It comes with a yrs. manufactors warranty and I also purchased a 2yr. store warranty to be on the safe side,you know kids.After about 2wks. it froze up so I took it back and they told me to hold down the Menu button for 5 to 7 seconds to "re-boot" it. This worked and all is good so far. If not, I always have the store warranty inwhich they will replace it for free, even the battery which doesn't have a long life from everything I've read. I do suggest the hard shell acrylic case esp. for kids because if dropped it will smash.

I have had 2 of them and the reason was because the first one went corrupt, by that I mean that after 6 days, the coverflow went screwy. The covers got distorted, that means that all of the covers were dots and lines plus every other song wouldn't play but the 5 minutes later, it would and the the songs that played previously, didn't. But my new ipod works great.

This was my first iPod and I will likely purchase another :/ I got hours and hours of use out of my iPod and I am so sad that it died. Apparently they only have a 2 year life span, at best.
For something so exxy I expect it to last heaps longer than that!
My two sons own iPods as well...
Well, the one son has been through TWO iPods already!!! Granted he is a tree planter and might expose his iPod to ...unusual conditions.
Again, for something that costs as much as it does, I would expect better durability.
Either make the product stronger or drop the dang prices!

This is the first ipod i have ever had and its awesome. The picture is very clear, even when playing videos. However, if your purpose of buying this ipod is only to play video, i would recommend buying the 8gb because videos take up a lot of memory. This product is great for on the road and working out. It has only froze on me one time and i simply restarted it and it worked fine.

This ipod is so awesome! I can use it anytime I want, whether I'm just relaxing at home or listening on the go. I love how small and cute it is and how much space it has, and how this new nano plays videos as well! It's very easy to use and has fun games on it as well. I love how it combines the small sizes of previous nanos with the abilities of ipod videos! Very useful; I have yet to find something wrong with it.

I bought this 4GB iPod nano to supplement my 128MB iRiver mp3 player. This iPod is great! Sound and video is excellent. I wish that I would have purchased the 8GB for extra storage. I only wish it had an FM receiver like my iRiver. It is so slim and compact. Great product.

I bought this for my 9 year old and he loves it. He can listen to his music, watch a music video, or even watch his cartoons from CN. I liked it so much that I also went and bought another for my 4 year old son. The only thing that I didnt like is the color selection. The 4 gb only comes in silver. Overall great price!!

This is a great ipod. The screen is wide, and very bright. It's small, sleek, and the main menu is much better than past models. One thing is that if you want to play movies, which i don't, i would by the ipod video because with a top of 8 gb for the nano, you can only store at most 5 movies on it
