Since the camera runs on batteries it can sometimes be annoying to change them out...The camera sucks a lot of life out of the batteries, you will put fresh batteries and about 30 sec. later it will say low battery. I recommend spending $10 more for a better camera.

Had to pick up at Pottstown store 15 miles away, but glad I did. I picked it up on clearance for $[$]which easily paid for my gas. THE GOOD:The amount of features that this camera has is very very impressive for the price. It has many features that my $300 cannon has and many more than listed on this site. I bought this for my daughter for her 7th birthday and I really like being able to choose the mega-pixels as the 32MB SD card I gave her only takes 15 7.2MP pics, but at 3MP it takes about 30 which is plenty of pics and pixels for her. She really likes the video with sound and it's easy to do, just turn the dial to the video camera. Other feature she enjoys is taking black/white or colored photos and adding goofy things to the pics (like cartoon hair, mustache, hats, etc.) using the camera itself, not software. She was able to figure out how to use all of these features in about 30 minutes. NOT SO GOOD:I have owned several digital cameras and this one burns up average alkaline batteries far quicker than any other camera I have owned. The camera refused to turn off once, but it may have been the batteries were low. Also, the time it takes for the flash to go off and snap the pic is longer than average at a almost 2 seconds, however unless you are looking to take sequential action shots, it's probably not a big deal. The LCD is bright, however given the battery problems I turn it down and it's still plenty bright enough for us.SUMMARY:This is not the best camera I have ever owned, but it's packed with features and the picture quality is 1)selectable and 2)very good. I wanted a quality camera for my 7 year old daughter for a reasonable price and this was perfect. If you want a good camera with many features for a great price I highly recommend this from RadioShack. Other retail stores carry similar cams for $99, this one is much less!

for my 12th birthday my parents gave me this camera. i loved it, with the one gb mem card i fit over 400 pictures and videos and lots of options. on the top there is a scroll which allows to change what picture scence you want; like potraiot scerncy, even switch to video. the camera also had great quility, very sharp pictures. we laughed because another one of my family pucharshed a sony for 300 dollars, and it took pictures nothing like the samsung, and the fuji that is just stinky. the only bad thing about the camera is that if you use regular batteries its most likely going to cost you more money to keep it going. i recomend buying rechargables and a rechager-- i love mine. also the bulk is big, very chunky camera, but thats what you get for only [$].great buy, samsung and cannon are the best! ovverall i would recommend it for a child or even for afirst camera. i had mine for over a year and no problems

My parents gave me the pink one for christmas for my first camera. I loved it but it burned up batteries very quickly. Also, the pictures looked grainy with the flash on, and when the flash was off, the pictures usually turned out fuzzy. My cousin dropped it and it started doing a lot of weird things and will not take pictures. It just zooms in and out and turns off. Overall, it's an okay camera. It looks cute but doesn't have the best quality.

In the beggining i loved my camera.i had it in red .although it had me running 2 the store every other day to buy batteries but after about 1 month it started messing up reading card error so i bought a new card.it still said the same thing.then i tried 2 cut it on 1 day n it just neva turned on n started over heating!

Bought this camera for my girlfriend. I set it up for her with a 2gig card. We took maybe a dozen pics and the batteries went dead. Thought it was a bad set of batteries but when replaced they died just as quick. The lag time on this camera is horrible, by the time the shutter actually clicks that "picture moment" has long gone! Then the camera is busy for several seconds saving the shot making continuous shooting impossible. In this camera, I guess you really do get what you pay for! It's going back to the store tomorrow.

This product has easy to understand controls and pretty much anyone can use it. It is grat to have when you are just hanging out. And because it is so light and compact you can bring it almost anywhere. The software is also easy to set up if you have most of the right programs and a fast computer.

I purchased 2 of these cameras, one for me (the pink one) and one for my husband (the silver one). The camera does go through batteries really quick but it takes great pictures. I do a lot of scrapbooking and the camera is light enough that I can carry it with me and not get tired of it. My husband loves his too. He is in the military and he takes a lot of pics with his to document his time away. All in all I think it is a good buy and have told friends to get one.

I purchased this camera on my daughters 11th birthday. We went through 9 pairs of batteries in 4 days. The LCD kept reading card error, so I returned the camera(4 days later) and the clerk talked me into a new camera saying the 1st must be defective. I also purchased rechargable batteries. After inserting the newly charged batteries, we took 4 pictures and again the card error warning surfaced. I again returned to the store where of course the manager could not get the card error message to surface. I left with the camera and upon getting home my daughter tried to snap a picture and card error appeared on the LCD. I returned the camera again and demanded a cash refund (the manager wanted to apply the return price toward another camera. Not happening!) I left with cash in hand!

I use this camera when i go places and in school when im bored. I also use the camera for my computer backrounds and profiles that i have some profiles and the pictures come out great . The great things about this camera is that it has a big screen to check the pictures,a lot of features like night vision,different colors including negative,takes awsome videos,and can take more then 100 pictures,and a very great zooming its like ur right next to the object your focusing on.The things that aern't so great about this camera is that when you press the picture taking button it may take more then one time pressing it,also the videos only last for a certain amount of time,its a little larger then most cameras but its worth it,and sometimes gets a low battery quickly. but besides that its the perfect camera for people who are starting out.

I really like my new cam. I got it as a gift for V-day and it was the best gift. It is easy to use a good price and with a lgb card u could take up to 3200 pic come on thats grate.

i hate this camera. i put a new set of batteries in and the batteries are for cameras, and had to change them the next day after taking 4 pictures. it is so slow , and i have had to take it back 4 times already! the screen sucks. i will not recommend this camera to ANYONE!

I love this camera, Sometimes i have trouble when I take a pic with it takeing forever and sometimes i do get a blurry pic and its really anoying, but I have had this for some time and i love it.

Its a great camera. This is the first time i ever used a digital camera so i wasnt to sure about how to really work it but its all self explain once you turn it on. It create great pictures i used it with many sportting events (gymnastics and diving) and it looks like the just stop in thin air for you to take a picture. Its a good camera if you are new to using them and for sporting events

i just got this camera last nite b/c im going to d.c. in february for a school trip and so far it is the best camera. the only problem is it uses the batteries to fast. we got rechargable batteries so i'll c how they work. BEST CAMERA(i really like the color of it(pink)

I recieved this as a gift about 3 months ago. After a months use it was still a fabulous camera, easy to use, and took great pics- except I had already gone through 6 sets of batteries and had only taken about 500 pictures and 4 videos.

Just recently, I dropped it about 3 feet. Ever since, when I press the power button, the power light blinks a few times, but the screen won't come on and it turns right back off. I wouldn't recommend this camera to anyone who won't be extra gentle ALL THE TIME, or else they might end up with a dud of a new camera.

This Camera looks like it is so awesome but it isnt i was taking a picture and i drop it about 1 foot of my floor and it broke now it wont turn on and i cant get a refund yes this camera is nice and takes good pics but if you drop it it will break real easly so u can buy it by im not ever going to get it again its a waste of money
