this product was my 3rd cell phone in 2 years im on my 4th now but im getting sick of it so im hoping my mom will buy this for me again after what happened to it last time....
i was taking pics(i love to take pics.)
and all of a sudden the light bulb to the phone went out. i could still hear the snap! of the camera and the ringtones and everything but the light was too dark for me to see any of it.
but i dont care now I WANT IT!

The phone was easy to use, and reliable, the battery faded as i had it longer, i had it around six months and then during that time the phone would sometimes go hours without letting me receive any incoming texts, it also has a poor camera, but it is a great phone for texting as long as its working.

I use this phone a lot but the battery 3/4 of the time turns itself off and then it's hard to get the battery out to put it back in. One time I was trying to take the back off to get to the battery and I broke the back. I hate this product so please take my advice and do not waste your money on this product an use that money for gas.

Overall this is a decent phone, good sound quality, bluetooth works with ear pieces and hands-free devices, fair camera features, small and light. It has a nasty habit of shutting itself off, seems to be related to getting warm - like if you keep it in a pocket next to your body. When it shuts itself off it won't restart until you remove the battery and put it back in. I wish there was a one button push "ringer off" setting like many other phones have. This one takes several button pushes to turn off the ringer. Virgin Mobile uses the Sprint Network for connection and it isn't available in as many places as AT&T and other systems. But sure to check your area for service before using Virgin Mobile.

this phone saved me from technological extinction. heh. well, i guess you could say that my parents didn't want me to have a phone, but all of my friends had one. i found this found, and it's quiet and easy to hide. heh. they know now, but it was good for a while. :] and, yeah. the texting is so easy. except, i do have a problem with the phone not accepting picture messages anymore. also, it doesn't connect for AIM or VXL anymore. but, all in all, it's worth it.

I previously own a slider phone but found it too bulky, so I decided to upgrade to something thinner and sleekier. Boy did I make a mistake choosing this phone. The camera is horrible because of the lack of a flash. The phone feels and looks very toylike. Im a clumsy person so im prone to dropping things. I've had this phone for about 8 months and have yet to get a sratch or a nik on the screen only because its so tiny...very durable, I guess. The only positive things about this phone is its bluetooth capabilities and its price.

i love this phone!!!!!! i had a tracfone a couple of months ago, and i was going to the store to buy more minutes for it, when i saw virgin mobile. i saw this phone and fell in love with it. it is really a good price considering it has a camera in it. the camera is so cool!!!!! the reception in this phone is so much better than tracfone. it has many cool ringtones and awesome wallpaper and screensavers!!!! get this phone!!!!!

this is a good phone but the i got it out of the package, it would just randomly freeze up and wouldnt un freeze. this especially happened during texting. then after having it for about two weeks it would randomly vibrate when the screen was touched. maybe thats some kind of safety feature.....but its really annoying

I accidentaly threw away my battery in the package. I have not been able to find a replacement battery for at least two months now. Virgin Mobile's website is the only place I was able to find the battery. They have been out of stock for at least three months and are taking their time getting more batteries in. I would not get this phone again. Noone seems to have the battery in stock or even carry it. I bought it at Radio Shack and they cannot even get the battery. At least Virgin Mobile could care enough to get a battery in stock for this phone.

This Phone is Horrible.IT lasted me 4 months then it started freezing and the screen would turn black and now its at the point where every day i have to take the battery out to get it back on and then it started having some headset thing come up every time i go to answer a call and the battery life sucks.This phone is far from their best phone i had a cyclops then lost it and purchased this phone the camera on this is alright but i am going out today and buying anther cyclops.

Well I got the Virgin Mobile Super Slice for Christmas and i have to say that I am very disappointed. The FIRST one that I got something was wrong with the battery, we thought. So I had to return it, with all my contacts and pictures on it. So then we got refunded the money and rembursed the money for the ringtone. That was good. So then I got the some phone and the same thing is happening. The phone turns off by its self and doesn't turn back on unless you take the battery out, then put it back in. Overall I was VERY dasappointed in the Virgin Mobile Super Slice. If this phone keeps up the way its going, I am going to return it, and get the Switch Back :D

Reference Virgin Moble Super Slice Christmas 2007

thanks for the unactivated christmas

This is the third phone I have bought from Virgin mobile that has had to be taken back because
it can't be activated. According to the live advisor I now have to take this phone back,
someone else used the code on the back. I could see one phone but not the last three. Last year I bought two for my wife and daughter and the same thing happened.

I'm sending this complaint to some media sources maybe they can get some help!

I have to take this phone back, they won't give me a refund, I have to get a store credit
or another phone........

I think this phone is really quite nice for the price. I got it for under $30 thanks to an instant rebate the day after Thanksgiving. The battery life seems fine to me. The signal is fine. I don't use Bluetooth, so I cannot comment on that. I don't use a landline phone, so I need a phone that's pretty durable, and this phone has been great.

Yesterday, I dropped the phone in the dishwater while doing the dishes, and it still works fine! I quickly dried it off, and there was no lasting damage.

My daughter just bought the same phone and is quite happy with it too.
