My wedding ring (white gold) fell off while I was stringing outdoor Christmas lights. I didn't notice it missing from my finger until hours after I was done while I was shopping for gifts. I really only guessed that it must be in the grass or bushes. Hours of searching outside found nothing. I ordered this metal detector on Saturday and it came today on Wednesday. Set up was easy. In less than 10 minutes outside with the detector I found my ring. The mid-range tone told me I had found gold. The low tone for iron was very helpful because I didn't waste any time and never got down on my hands and knees until I heard a repeating mid-range tone. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! We have been married for over 30 years and I felt really really bad about the ring. I can't believe how easy it was to find it with this detector!

also so they don,t ask to use my more expensive
detector.It is easy to use and good machine to learn
on. However"The casing needs to be made better and
the arm rest cradle enlarged.Make those two changes
and you will have a great entry level detector

My wife dropped her platinum wedding ring in the sand at the beach. We knew the basic vicinity but could not locate on our own so I purchased this product. It worked great- we found the ring in less than 10 minutes. The discriminating tones really helped to pinpoint finding the ring.

My recently married son was helping me re-landscape a large yard when he lost his $700 wedding ring, somewhere under a hundred bales of recently spread pine straw. I made a quick trip to Radio Shack and grabbed this detector. Not only did it quickly find the ring, but I took it on a beach vacation the following week and found a jar full of coins. I have nothing to compare it to and don't need to!

Purchased to find property stakes. Worked and then would stop and start again. Thought it was just a glitch in it. Used that one time, put it up for a long time, got it out today and it did the same thing then got worse until it completely stopped working. Checked it out and one of the battery contacts had broken. I am sure this was the problem from the beginning - as the contact wiggled the detector was going on and off - so it wasn't just a glitch, it was defective. Expensive purchase for just one use! Product needs to have better quality for the price!

wife lost her ring, and couldn't find it. The dog got it and carried it out side in the back yard. After about 1/2 hr, we found it.

Computer chip advancement has produced a metal detector that beats the high end detectors costing six hundred dollars ten years ago. I wonder what their top of the line will do. Make no mistake, this detector is remarkable. Edited by moderator.

I couldn't believe that I could get a great quality metal detector at such a low price! Most others of this quality cost thousands. In one short day, I found tons of things up to 8 inches deep in just my backyard!

Just after receiving this metal detector, I tried it out in my backyard. In a few short minutes, I had found a sterling silver ring and a dime seven inches in the ground! I couldn't believe that it found things as small as dimes and rings and as deep as seven inches!

I tried my new detector out in my own back yard. Within a few minutes I found two dimes buried in two different areas at two different depths. The detector was very accurate with the depths. One was at two inches the other was at five inches. I mean how cool is that? A dime is tiny!

I Bought this detector awhile back and it works Great! I was really surprised how well it detected objects. Wish I could used it more since it is the middle of winter, cant wait till spring to really try it out!

I bought this metal detector today to find my wife's gold ring which had been dropped somewhere in a field of dry, gold-colored grass. Three passes with the detector, and life is good again. It picked up on lots of buried metal, too, maybe I'll go back out with a spade tomorrow!

I bought my detector in June and havent put it dow. I have found a Movado watch worth 1200 dollars about 500 dollars in clad change and 14 rings mostly sterling. (I'm not kidding).The watch alone paid for my detector 10X over. I have hunted with some detectorists that have machines that cost 10x as much and they cant believe the preformance of mine. So far it has beem money well spent!I cant wait till next year !!

I bought one of these metal detectors and my daughter loves it. we went out and we found about 8 penny's and a old knife with bone side plates. not to mention the toy cars hidden in our front yard. I am a beginer at this but this product seems to working very well. I need to get used to the tones but other than that no complaints here! keep up the good work!
